From 2013 to 2022, Konstantin Tserazov was a Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Business at PJSC Bank "Otkritie". During 2017-2022, held a position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Otkritie Broker.

After leaving Otkritie Group in 2022, served as a member of the Advisory Boards of large international financial organizations and fintech companies in the CIS and Middle East regions.

Professional skills include: the development of management systems, building sales channels, digital strategies and e-business development, new projects implementation, marketing and launching of digital products.
